WVU News Daily is a new Monday through Friday video series attempting to shed a light on all of the happenings within the WVU sports world, spanning across all WVU athletics programs.
For the August 10th edition, there are multiple impressive updates to share. Perhaps the most impressive is the record-breaking fundraising year that WVU athletics just recently announced. Another impressive update comes courtesy of ESPN, who ranked two different WVU football freshmen among the most impactful freshmen in the nation. Additionally, the 2026 WVU Sports Hall of Fame Class was revealed and former Mountaineer defensive back Beanie Bishop has found a new home in the NFL.
