WVU News Daily is a new Monday through Friday video series attempting to shed a light on all of the happenings within the WVU sports world, spanning across all WVU athletics programs.
On the August 7th edition, we discuss the Men’s Basketball matchup between WVU and UNC that has now been officially confirmed for this upcoming season. The two teams will play in the Dick Vitale Invitational in what will be the first meeting between the programs in 61 years. Plus, an update on Jordan Scruggs as he continues to seek to join the WVU Football team for one final season this year. Additionally, WVU Men’s Soccer will begin their season as a Top-25 ranked team.
