WVU News Daily is a new Monday through Friday video series attempting to shed a light on all of the happenings within the WVU sports world, spanning across all WVU athletics programs.
For the June 9th edition, we are discussing the latest commitment for the 2027 WVU Football class as the Mountaineers added a verbal from a highly-sought after Receiver out of Alabama. With his commitment becoming the 15th for the Mountaineers already, we also update the entire 2027 class tracker and take a look at all of the current commits. Plus, the game time is now set for the WVU Baseball matchup against Troy to open the College World Series. Additionally, WVU Baseball also has two players who have been honored as co-players of the year by the NCBWA.
