WVU News Daily is a new Monday through Friday video series attempting to shed a light on all of the happenings within the WVU sports world, spanning across all WVU athletics programs.
For the June 5th edition, we are discussing the upcoming WVU Baseball Super Regional against Cal Poly that begins today as the Mountaineers are now a series win away from making their first ever College World Series appearance. Additionally, Wren Baker shows some generosity to fans who couldn’t get a ticket to the series, as he announced he has added some perks to the are now known as “Randy’s Ridge”. Plus, WVU pitcher Maxx Yehl has now been named a finalist for the National Pitcher of the Year award.
