WVU Rifle attended NCAA Champions Day at the White House on Tuesday, where the team was recognized by President Donald Trump.
“I love that state, that state is the greatest. It’s such an incredible group of people… I just want to congratulate you, West Virginia,” President Trump said at the ceremony.
The WVU Rifle team captured the 2026 NCAA national championship, their second consecutive and 21st in program history.
