Joe Mazzulla picked up two wins on Sunday. His Boston Celtics beat the Lakers 111-89 in Los Angeles and he also defeated a reporter in a staring competition.
In typical Mazzulla fashion, the former WVU guard turned NBA champion head coach decided to just stare at a reporter when asked if the recovering Jayson Tatum took part in practice.
Unwilling to tip his hand about Tatum’s status as rumors swirl that he may return this season, Mazzulla would only confirm Tatum was physically at practice, but not if he actually practiced.
