PITTSBURGH – Just 75 miles from Morgantown, WVU great Pat McAfee returned to his hometown of Pittsburgh Saturday for ESPN College Game Day.

McAfee was greeted by some disdain when mentioning the Mountaineers and making small jabs at the Panthers.

“I didn’t know there were that many Pitt fans to be honest,” Pat McAfee said during the Game Day broadcast.

McAfee got West Virginia native, Nick Saban, to join him in singing “Take Me Home, Country Roads” on the GameDay stage. They were greeted by a low roar of boos from the Panther crowd.

WVU fans are enjoying the small jabs being made by McAfee.
