WVU Fans Offer Mixed Reaction to First Game of Ross Hodge Era

WVU fans endured a gauntlet of emotions while watching the Mountaineers open the Ross Hodge era on Tuesday night. West Virginia eventually pulled away in a game that was too close for comfort early on, beating Mount Saint Mary’s 70-54.

Below is some of what WVU fans were saying during and after the game.

WVU basketball impressions. Could tell nerves were there. Floyd and BLo looked comfortable you can tell they came with Hodge. FT and rebounding help needed. I think Moore is much needed and Fields will help a lot as well. TBD.
