Sean Martin, Fatorma Mulbah, TJ Jackson II, and Tyrin Bradley all represented West Virginia in defensive line drills Wednesday afternoon with over 300 NFL scouts in attendance in Frisco.
Sean Martin
After already participating in the NFL Combine, Sean Martin decided not to participate in Wednesday’s broad jump or bench press. Martin’s best measurable was his 3-cone time, putting up a time of 7.38 seconds. This ranked 9th among the defensive linemen that participated. Martin’s 4.94-second 40-yard dash ranked 11th and his 4.59-second shuttle time ranked 13th.
Fatorma Mulbah
Fatorma Mulbah’s strength stood out as he racked up 28 reps, ranking third amongst the field. Mulbah matched Martin’s shuttle time at 4.59 seconds, also ranking 13th. He ranked 11th in the vertical jump at 32.5 inches. Mulbah’s 40-yard dash landed him in the middle of the field with a time of 5.07 seconds.
TJ Jackson II
TJ Jackson II participated in every test other than the bench press. Jackson didn’t have the day he was looking for, ranking near the bottom for most categories. His best measure was his 40-yard dash, ranking 24th with a time of 5.15 seconds. Jackson recorded a 4.75-second shuttle time, 23 inch vertical, and broad jumped 8’4”.
Tyrin Bradley
Bradley showed his quickness in the shuttle drill with a time of 4.58 seconds, ranking 12th. Bradley sat in the middle of the pack for most drills, ranking 22nd with a 30-inch vertical, 23rd with a 9’1” broad jump, and 24th with 17 bench press reps. He did not participate in the 40-yard dash.
These Mountaineer defensive linemen made their mark at the Big 12 Pro Day, showcasing their talents in front of NFL scouts. All skill positions are set for day two of the pro day where we will see six more Mountaineers representing the gold and blue.
