This weekend was supposed to be West Virginia baseball’s first conference series against a tough Oklahoma State team. Due to bad weather and fires in Stillwater, both Friday’s and Saturday’s games were canceled.
WVU baseball announced earlier today that the third game of the series tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. ET is still on. Barring any changes, the two teams will only play one game before WVU returns to Morgantown on Monday.
The state of Oklahoma and other states have been hit hard by these bad weather conditions, and everyone’s thoughts and prayers go out to the families affected by the destruction.
After the game tomorrow, West Virginia will return home for their two-game series against James Madison starting Tuesday, March 18.
