Class of 2027 running back Armand Hill announced his commitment to West Virginia on social media Friday afternoon. The four-star athlete attends West Mifflin Area High School in Pennsylvania.
At the conclusion of his sophomore season, Hill rushed for 1,665 yards and had 22 rushing touchdowns. Among West Virginia, he had offers from top schools such as Penn State and Michigan.
