West Virginia football head coach Rich Rodriguez announced the annual Gold-Blue Spring Football Game will look different this year. Normally, the team hosts an open intrasquad scrimmage to reveal their hard work to the Mountaineer fans.
“We’ll have a little fun and we’ll do some stuff out there and engage with the fans, but we’re not going to do a true scrimmage or game from that standpoint,” Rodriguez said. “We just have so many other things we have to get done.”
The “game” will be held April 5th at Milan Puskar Stadium.
