Logan Sauve removed his name from the MLB Draft to return to West Virginia for another season of college baseball. The junior catcher from Boiling Springs, Pa. looks to lead the Mountaineers to another historic season.
Last season, Sauve played in 45 games with 44 starts and finished his sophomore year with a .308 batting average including eight home runs and 37 RBI. He was third on the team with 42 runs scored.
The Mountaineers finished the 2024 season with an overall record of 36-24 making an appearance in the Super Regional. West Virginia’s season kicks off this Friday in Jacksonville Fla.
