3-star wide receiver Jeffar Jean-Noel announced his commitment to West Virginia on social media Sunday.
This past season, the 5-foot-10, 160-pound Florida native posted 505 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Jean Noel had offers from top programs such as Michigan, Kentucky, and Louisville.
