The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed offensive tackle Doug Nester to a new contract for 2025. Nester signed as a reserve/future contract for the upcoming season.
Nester was originally signed by the Minnesota Vikings after the 2024 draft and spent the entire summer with them before getting cut. The Steelers then picked him up where he spent the entire season on the practice squad.
