Junior safety Fred Perry and redshirt junior cornerback Derek Carter of Jacksonville State announced their commitments to West Virginia Wednesday afternoon on social media.
In the 2024 season, Perry had 109 total tackles and three sacks. Carter recorded 31 total tackles.
Perry has two years of eligibility remaining while Carter only has one.
