According to A&P Sports Agency, Jacksonville State wide receiver transfer Cam Vaughn has committed to West Virginia.
Vaughn, a rising redshirt sophomore, was a quarterback in high school but transitioned to the wide receiver position in 2023. Playing under WVU head coach Rich Rodriguez at Jacksonville State, the 6-foot-2 190-pound wideout appeared in three games in 2023 but had his breakout in 2024.
This past season he caught 49 passes for 804 yards and five touchdowns, leading Jacksonville State receivers in all three categories. The Temple, Georgia native comes to Morgantown with three years of eligibility.
