Two Mountaineers Hint at Returning

WVU Football RB Jahiem White

With the new era of college football, it may be tough at times to determine what players are staying.

This offseason for West Virginia has been very active, from coaching and staff changes to players entering the transfer portal and making offers in the transfer portal. Two standout Mountaineers made their intentions in 2025 almost obvious.

WVU center Landen Livingston posted to X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday with the caption “Home.” Livingston has seen playing time this season for West Virginia at center as the next guy up to Brandon Yates (now graduated).

Star running back Jahiem White responded to the post and said “My line.” White made a difference early in his Mountaineer career as a freshman in 2023 and followed it up with another solid season in 2024.
