Former WVU Offensive Lineman Commits to Virginia Tech

According to college football insider Pete Thamel, WVU offensive lineman transfer Tomas Rimac committed to Virginia Tech.

This news comes a few days after the announcement that former West Virginia offensive line coach Matt Moore was headed to Virginia Tech. Rimac earned all Big-12 Honorable Mention honors just a season ago in 2023 with West Virginia while not allowing a sack and starting in all 11 games. In 2024, he earned the same Big-12 Honorable Mention honors while being a pivotal piece of the offensive line that paved the way for a dominant rushing attack. WVU averaged 195.1 yards per game with 27 rushing touchdowns.

Rimac will have one year of eligibility remaining.
