On Thursday, Kennesaw State tight end transfer Carson Kent announced that he received an offer from West Virginia.
Kent redshirted as a freshman in 2022 and started eight games in 2023. As a redshirt sophomore this past season he hauled in 18 catches for 217 yards and three touchdowns, one of the touchdowns coming against Rich Rodriguez-coached Jacksonville State.
Kent’s received offers from Colorado State, JMU, Georgia Southern, Western Kentucky, New Mexico State, Old Dominon, Jacksonville State, Florida Atlantic, Nevada Arkansas State, Texas El Paso, Miami (OH), Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Western Michigan, UMass, Temple and Alabama Birmingham. He has two years of elgibility left.
