West Virginia will take on No. 25 Memphis in the Scooter’s Frisco Bowl on Tuesday, Dec. 17, at Toyota Stadium, home of FC Dallas. Kickoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. EST, and the game will air on ESPN.
This marks the Mountaineers’ first appearance in the Frisco Bowl and their first-ever matchup against the Tigers. The game will also be the earliest bowl game in program history.
West Virginia will be playing in its 41st bowl game, boasting a 4-6 record in its last 10 bowl appearances dating back to 2011. The Mountaineers’ most recent bowl outing was a commanding 30-10 victory over North Carolina in the 2023 Duke’s Mayo Bowl.
