WVU Offers Marshall Transfer

Landyn Watson announced that he has received an offer from West Virginia since entering the transfer portal.

Watson, a 6-foot-3, 255-pound linebacker, began his career at TCU. He redshirted in 2021 and saw limited action in 2022.

He then transferred to Marshall and made an impact on a team that won the Sun Belt this year. This season he racked up 66 total tackles (20 solo) and had an interception.

Watson has one year of remaining eligibility.
