Jalil Hall has signed his national letter of intent with West Virginia.
Hall is a 6-foot-5 receiver who was rated as a three-star recruit by ESPN, 247Sports, On3 and Rivals. Hall is from Philadelphia and played at Monsignor Bonner High School.
As a senior, he had more than 600 receiving yards, averaging 17.6 yards per catch. He also received offers from Duke, Maryland, Nebraska, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, and Wisconsin, among others.
