Following an overtime thrilled Wednesday afternoon, the West Virginia Mountaineers upset the No.3 Gonzaga Bulldogs in their first game of the 2024 Battle 4 Atlantis tournament.
The Mountaineers will next play on Thanksgiving day, Thursday, November 28 versus the Louisville Cardinals. The Cardinals are also under a first year head coach, Pat Kelsey. Louisville upset No.14 Indiana in the game preceding West Virginia’s game.
