Zach Frazier was ruled out ahead of the Steeler’s matchup with the Jets

Pittsburgh Steelers center Zach Frazier was ruled out ahead of the teams Sunday night matchup with the New York Jets with an ankle injury.

Zach Frazier has been dealing with an ankle injury suffered in last week’s win over the Las Vegas Raiders, being kept out of practice all week.

Initially, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Frazier would be week to week with the injury, but it looks like his injury is worse than originally expected. Earlier this week, Mike Tomlin said that he expects Frazier to return by Week 10 after the team’s bye week.

This is one of many injuries that the Steelers are having to work around.

Veteran Ryan McCollum will make his second career start in Frazier’s place.
