Montavin Quisenberry, a wide reciever recruit in the class of 2025 who was committed to West Virginia announced he would be de-committing from WVU and instead would be committing to Kentucky on Wednesday.
“The decision was not made lightly as I have tremendous respect for the WVU coaching staff and team,” Quisenberry wrote in the post he made to X.
Quisenberry, a 5-foot-9 wide receiver committed to the Mountaineers back on June 21. According to 247Sports Composite, he is the No. 8 overall recruit from Kentucky, the No. 133 wide receiver and the No. 858 overall recruit in his class.
The product of Boyle County High School in Danville, Kentucky, also holds offers from Power-Four programs in Louisville, Michigan, Ole Miss, and Virginia Tech. West Virginia’s class of 2025 recruiting class now sits at 21 players.
