West Virginia took care of business this week at Oklahoma State with a 38-14 win.
WVU’s time of possession was 42:36, while Oklahoma State’s was 17:24. The Mountaineer’s offense was able to set the tone early and run the clock.
West Virginia had a whopping 558 yards of total offense. The Mountaineers’ defense held Oklahoma State to 227.
The Mountaineers had 389 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Jaheim White led the way with 159 yards and a touchdown and Quarterback Garrett Greene had 86 and a touchdown.
Oklahoma State couldn’t get anything going for them on offense while throwing two interceptions.

WVU’s run defense held Oklahoma State to a season-low 36 yards.
The Mountaineers scored touchdowns on five of the eight offensive drives they had in the game.
West Virginia improves to 3-2 on the season and 2-0 in Big 12 play, one of five teams to start undefeated in the conference.
The Mountaineers will look to stay undefeated in conference play next week when they host No. 11-ranked Iowa State. The game will be WVU’s “Coal Rush,” during which the Mountaineers will presumably debut their new black uniforms. It will be at 8 p.m. EST on Oct. 12 and televised on FOX.
