Jeremiah Bembry, a guard who spent 2023-2024 with West Virginia under interim head coach Josh Eilert, has signed with Oakland University, the program announced.
Bembry transferred to WVU from Florida State before last season. He spent the latter half of the season injured and was seeking a medical redshirt. If his request for a medical redshirt is approved, he’ll have four years of remaining eligibility.
He played in eight games with the Mountaineers, scoring four rebounds and three assists. Oakland is coming off an NCAA Tournament appearance in which it upset a No. 3 seed in Kentucky and advanced to the Round of 32.
