While wrapping up his show in Morgantown on Friday, Pat McAfee announced he is donating one million dollars of to the Country Roads Trust.
The Country Roads Trust is West Virginia’s NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) fund. During his show at WVU, he was joined by Mountaineer greats of the past, such as Adam ‘PacMan’ Jones, Deuce McBride, Owen Schmitt and Pat White.
Throughout the show, McAfee showed great appreciation for his alma mater and the state of West Virginia in general. He will be donating the money in the name of the team he played with in Morgantown.
