The West Virginia football program surprised director of player relations, former quarterback and WVU Hall of Fame inductee, Rasheed Marshall with a picture in the stadiums concourse.
Marshall joins Mountaineer greats such as Amos Zereoue, Pat White, Geno Smith, Tavon Austin and more in being displayed in the stadium’s concourse. Marshall played for WVU from 2001-2004, rushing for 2,537 yards and 47 touchdowns, while passing for 5,558 yards and 45 touchdowns. In his senior season, he was named Big East Offensive Player of the Year.
Marshall returned to his alma mater in the spring of 2023, as the director of player relations for the football program.
