PFF College included West Virginia quarterback Garrett Greene in their Top 10 Heisman candidates released Monday.
Greene was ranked No. 10 and was one of six QBs included on the list. In 2023, Greene threw for 2,406 yards and 16 touchdowns, while rushing for 772 yards and 13 touchdowns in 12 games.
This summer, the senior has been named to multiple preseason award watch lists such as the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award watch list. Three Big 12 players were ranked above Greene, Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter as well as Oklahoma State’s Ollie Gordon.
