Slade Barton, 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, is a right-handed pitcher who features an 88 mph fastball, according to Perfect Game. He also has a curveball and slider in his pitch mix, with both sitting in the mid-70s.
The 16-year-old has made multiple all-tournament teams, including for the 2023 PG 15U World Series and the 2024 WWBA 16U National Championship. Besides pitching, Barton also has experience playing first and third base.
Expect to see Barton representing the old gold and blue in 2026.
