WVU Offensive Starters as Recruits

We are nearing even closer to the 2024 college football season and a lot of Mountaineer fans have shown excitement about this team.

Neal Brown will be entering his sixth season as the head coach of West Virginia and has put together a roster that’s ready to compete. Some players have been added through the transfer portal, but most were recruited by Brown and staff out of high school. The following will take a look at WVU’s offensive starters as high school recruits according to 247Sports Composite.

Quarterback

Garrett Greene — Class of 2020

Three-Star

No. 21 overall dual-threat QB, No. 75 overall recruit in Florida and No. 570 overall recruit nationally.

Running Back

Jahiem White — Class of 2023

Three-Star

No. 13 overall recruit in Pennsylvania, No. 48 overall RB recruit and No. 673 recruit nationally.

Wide Receivers

Hudson Clement — Class of 2022

Unranked recruit.

Preston Fox — Class of 2020

Unranked recruit.

Jaden Bray — Class of 2021

Three-Star

No. 17 overall recruit in Oklahoma, No. 140 overall WR recruit and No. 968 recruit nationally.

Tight End

Kole Taylor — Class of 2020

Three-Star

No. 4 overall recruit in Colorado, No. 16 overall tight end recruit and No. 420 recruit nationally.

Offensive Line

Wyatt Milum — Class of 2021

Four-Star

No. 1 overall recruit in West Virginia, No. 13 overall offensive tackle recruit and No. 109 recruit nationally.

Tomas Rimac — Class of 2021

Three-Star

No. 32 overall recruit in Ohio, No. 68 overall offensive tackle recruit and No. 775 recruit nationally.

Brandon Yates — Class of 2019

Three-Star

No. 5 overall recruit in Nevada, No. 83 overall offensive tackle recruit and No. 980 recruit nationally.

Ja’Quay Hubbard — Class of 2019

Three-Star

No. 10 overall recruit in Pennsylvania, No. 42 overall offensive tackle recruits and No. 566 recruit nationally.

Nick Malone — Class of 2019

Three-Star

No. 7 overall recruit in West Virginia, No. 69 overall offensive guard recruit and No. 1321 nationally.
