West Virginia football alumni Rasul Douglas will be playing his ninth NFL season in 2024-2025, looking to make his first Pro Bowl and All-Pro selection.
Douglas is entering the final year of a three-year $21 million deal he signed with Green Bay before the 2022 season, with the Buffalo after being traded last season. In 2023-2024, Douglas tied a career-high in interceptions in a season with five, one of which he returned for a touchdown. in 2021-2022, Douglas’ other five int season, he returned two of them for touchdowns which led the league.
Douglas is currently listed as Buffalo’s starting left-sided center-back as he looks to help the franchise to their first Super Bowl victory and his second. As a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, he was a Super Bowl LII Champion. The Bills have made five-straight playoffs, they fell to the eventual Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional round last year.
Across his career, Douglas has played in 105 games, starting 65. He has registered 383 tackles (313 solo), 19 interceptions, 18 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and two sacks. Douglas played at WVU from 2015-2016 after transferring from Nassau Community College. He was an All-Big 12 selection as a senior and was then drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft.
