Neal Brown and the Mountaineers strike again in the 2025 recruiting class. This time it is Jalil Hall, a three-star WR out of Drexel Hill, Pa.
The pass catcher will add some size to the WR room standing at 6-foot-4 and 180 lbs. Hall is the 21st recruit in the 2025 class for Neal Brown and the team.
All of the 21 recruits are listed as three-star recruits according to 247 Sports and WVU is listed with the 27 ranked recruiting class in the country.
Hall chose to play football in Morgantown over offers from Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse, Duke, Pittsburgh, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, Nebraska and more.
