West Virginia received a commitment earlier this evening on social media from Serious Stinyard, a three-star class of 2025 cornerback.
Stinyard, 5-foot-11 180 pounds, chose the Mountaineers as his next home after an official visit on May 31st. The decision came amidst 12 other offers from Division I schools, including Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky, Minnesota, NC State, and Tulane. The cornerback visited Minnesota and Kansas State in June before deciding on West Virginia.
The Tampa, Florida native played high school football at Gaither High School. Stinyard is ranked as the 89th-best cornerback in the class of 2025 and the 100th-best player out of Florida this year.
