Danny Bertlitz competed in the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics Team USA qualifying swim trials in Indianapolis on Sunday, and after a strong prelim performance, he will swim again in the finals.
His time in the preliminary Men’s 400m Individual Medley race was 4:15.98 which was good for fourth best and a spot in the final race later in the evening.
Berlitz will need to finish in the top two of the final race to qualify for Team USA and compete in the 2024 Olympic Games.
The Finals are set to take place at 8:00 p.m. ET and can be viewed on NBC.
