WVU’s Kerr Kriisa entering transfer portal

West Virginia point guard Kerr Kriisa is entering the transfer portal.

Jeff Goodman first reported the news, saying Kriisa will spend his final year of eligibility not in Morgantown.

Kriisa served a nine-game suspension to start the season, before he started the other 23 games he played in. Kriisa averaged 11.0 points 4.7 assists this season. Kriisa shot 43 percent from the field and 42 percent from three this season.

Kriisa joins Seth Wilson as the two Mountaineers who have entered the transfer portal so far this cycle as new head coach Darian DeVries gets going in Morgantown.
