PFF analyst calls Garrett Greene ‘most underrated QB’ entering 2024

The expectations are starting to build for West Virginia football, especially their offense led by returning quarterback Garrett Greene.

Greene led the Mountaineers to their first nine-win season since 2016, including a fourth place finish in the Big 12 as well as as a Duke’s Mayo Bowl victory over North Carolina.

Pro Football Focus analyst Max Chadwick had high praise for Greene, calling him the most underrated quarterback in college football entering next season.

“Garrett Greene is the most underrated quarterback in college football entering next year,” Chadwick said.

Greene finished 2023 passing for 2,406 yards and 16 touchdowns along with four interceptions. He also rushed for 772 yards and 13 touchdowns this season as well.
