With the TBT tournament coming to Pittsburgh this summer, WVU’s alumni team Best Virginia is set to compete at the Petersen Events Center from July 19-24.
The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is an open 64-team team tournament, with a winner-take-all prize of $1 million.
BV’s 2023 roster included recent Mountaineer greats such as Nate Adrian, John Flowers, Kevin Jones and Erik Stevenson.
Best Virginia will compete against PITT’s alumni team the ZooCrew and Penn State’s Happy Valley Hoopers, so far in the regional. Jamel Artis and Jamarius Burton were the first two players to commit to the ZooCrew.
