The Big 12 men’s basketball standings are still somewhat of a cluster as all but two teams range from being 4-5 to 6-3.

Kansas and Houston are at the top of the league, both at 6-3. They are the top two teams in the league, and KU picked up a big home win over the Cougars this past Saturday.
5-3
Three teams are 5-3 in league play. Baylor, Iowa State, and Texas Tech all hold that record. Baylor is winners of two straight, while the Red Raiders and Cyclones have lost their last game, including Iowa State losing to Baylor this past weekend, and Tech to Cincinnati.
5-4 – 4-4
There are two teams in this category, with TCU and BYU sitting in the middle of the league standings. TCU is 5-4, while BYU is 4-4. The Horned Frogs hit their this week.
4-5
Five teams in the Big 12 have a 4-5 record. Oklahoma, Cincinnati, Texas, Kansas State, and UCF, all sit at 4-5 in league play. K-State has lost four straight and have to play Kansas and then BYU on the road this week.
3-6 – 2-7
Two teams sit here at the bottom of the league — West Virginia and Oklahoma State. The Mountaineers are 3-6 in league play, while the Cowboys picked up their second Big 12 win of the season this past Saturday.
