After suffering a fractured wrist in a loss to UMass on Dec. 16, 2023, Mountaineers center Jesse Edwards has made his return in the first half against Oklahoma State on the road.
Edwards checked in at 13:50 with his wrist wrapped up, after a Pat Suemnick foul.
Before suffering his injury, Edwards was averaging 14.8 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game, shooting 55.8% from the field.
As their only true center, the re-emergence of the 6-foot-11 big man from the Netherlands should greatly benefit West Virginia down low.
