After two weeks of conference play, the Big 12 has already seen plenty of madness for what many had expected to be one of the best conferences in basketball this year.
In the latest version of the NET rankings, no teams in the Big 12 went up or down since the latest edition, except for West Virginia, who rose one spot after upsetting then No. 3 ranked Kansas in Morgantown on Saturday evening. Eleven days ago West Virginia was No. 193 in the NET, but after ranked wins versus Texas and Kansas, the Mountaineers have rose 40 spots and now find themselves at No. 153
The NET features three Big 12 schools in the top 10 and six in the top 25.

Similar to Net, West Virginia has seen themselves rise in the KenPom rankings in the last eleven days, having gone from No. 145 to No. 132. West Virginia will have a chance to improve upon these rankings throughout the end of January as they will travel to UCF and Oklahoma State this week with the return of Jesse Edwards looming. To close the month, West Virginia will play host to Cincinnati.
As for the rest of the Big 12, KenPom is just as high on them as NET is, having seven of the conference’s 14 teams ranked inside the top 25, with Houston holding the top spot. In the KenPom rankings, only two schools are ranked outside of the top 100, those schools being Oklahoma State and West Virginia.
