As the Mountaineers’ men’s basketball season rolls on, recruitment remains in full swing, as WVU has offered Micah Tucker a scholarship, the junior announced on X Monday.
Tucker, a 6’3″ point guard from Huntington Prep, is ranked the second best point guard in the state according to HoopSeen.
To this point, Tucker has received several Division 1 offers, including ones from Auburn, Mississippi State, and Cincinnati. West Virginia will be graduating most of its guard depth in the coming years, making the reasons for such recruitment efforts obvious.
