West Virginia men’s basketball made two changes to their starting five ahead of their game against Kansas State.

Interim head coach Josh Eilert inserted Josiah Harris and Pat Suemnick into the lineup, replacing Quinn Slazinski and Akok Akok. Akok had served as the starting center since Jesse Edwards has been sidelined with a fractured wrist.

Slazinski had started all 14 games for the Mountaineers this season.

The other three guards stay the same, but it seems as though Eilert is trying to get more production from his forward positions.
