Mountaineers in the NFL: Week 18

Mountaineers were seen in several of the games during the final week of the 2023 NFL regular season.

Ravens DB Daryl Worley was ruled out with an injury prior to Saturday’s loss to the Steelers. He was placed on injured reserve for a second time, officially ending his season as the Ravens look ahead to the playoffs.

Titans TE Trevon Wesco suited up for the Titans’ season finale against the Jaguars after being inactive the previous two games. In the win, Wesco was credited with playing 11 offensive snaps.

Browns LB Tony Fields II started and played a season-high 53 defensive snaps in the loss to the Bengals. He was credited with having 10 combined tackles and the Browns now look ahead to the playoffs.

Giants OG Mark Glowinski started for the first time since Week 8 and played every offensive snap in the season finale win over the Eagles. Giants OL Yodny Cajuste was elevated from the practice squad to the gameday active roster though he was not credited with seeing any action.

Seahawks QB Geno Smith completed 57 percent of his passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions in their win over the Cardinals. The Seahawks needed a Packers loss to get into the playoffs, but they did not get it and their season is now over.

Cardinals DL Dante Stills was placed on injured reserve prior to the game, ending his season.

49ers OT Colton McKivitz started and played 74 percent of the offensive snaps in the loss to the Rams. The 49ers now look ahead to the playoffs.

Bills CB Rasul Douglas was credited with playing a season-low 48 percent of the defensive snaps as he exited with an injury in the Sunday Night Football win over the Bills. The Bills clinched the AFC East with that win.

Dolphins LB David Long Jr. was credited with having 10 combined tackles in the loss. The Dolphins missed out on the AFC East title and will take the Wild Card route to potentially reaching the Super Bowl.
