Tahj Ra-El, a safety transfer who spent his last three seasons at Old Dominion announced he will be transferring to West Virginia on X.
Ra-El had 84 total tackles in 2023 (40 solo) with six passes defended, five-and-a-half tackles for loss and an interception. He recorded a career-high 12 tackles against Marshall on Sept. 30, 2023.
Ra-El becomes yet another defensive back to choose the Mountaineers in the transfer portal joining TJ Crandall, Ayden Garnes and Josh Minkins.
