Rasul Douglas has been named AFC Defensive Player of the Week after an impressive performance against the New England Patriots in week 17 of the NFL, helping the Buffalo Bills to their 10th win of the season.
Douglas had three passes defended against New England and two interceptions one of which being a pick-six.
Douglas was traded to the Bills on Halloween in 2023 from Green Bay, after the Packers’ rough 2-5 start.
This season, Douglas has 21 solo tackles, eight passes defended, four interceptions and a sack.
Douglas spent 2015 and 2016 with the Mountaineers before getting drafted 99th overall to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2017.
