West Virginia men’s basketball is set to enter Big 12 play, as they finish non-conference play 5-8.
Once again, the Big 12 is going to be a gauntlet, but WVU will not have the traditional home-and-home that we are used to seeing due to the expanded nature of the league.
Out of their 18 Big 12 games, the Mountaineers are playing a KenPom teamed ranked 40th or higher in 13 of those games.
KenPom says the Mountaineers will have a conference record of 4-14. WVU’s best chance of winning a game according to KenPom is on Feb. 20, at home against UCF.
