Duke’s Mayo Bowl Poll favors West Virginia

A poll posted on X by the official Duke’s Mayo Bowl account favored WVU over North Carolina 81.9% to 18.1%.

The poll was posted on Tuesday night and received 4,803 votes.

As many know, UNC will be without star quarterback Drake Maye as he readies for the NFL draft.

West Virginia is -6.5 point favorites, but the matchup predictor according to ESPN Analytics has UNC favored with a 60.8% probability of winning.

The game is set to kickoff at 5:30 p.m. EST from Charlotte and can be streamed on ESPN.
